Mr. Li Wei is Chairman of Shenzhen Green Pine Co., Ltd., one of the first and most successful private venture capital companies in China - having launched around 100 startups nationally, with total investment exceeding RMB 4 billion. He obtained his Bachelor and Master’ s degree in Economics as well as an EMBA from Guanghua School of Management, Peking University. He also served as a professor at the university’s HSBC Business School, specializing in corporate governance and venture capital investments. Mr. Li is also the Vice President of both the Venture Capital Industry Association and Angel Investor Club in Shenzhen. He is credited with many firsts for mainland China - designing the first convertible bond, the first long-term warrant, the first M&A transaction between two public companies, as well as the first Chinese online IPO.
Mr. Peng Zuohao is the co-founder and CEO of Flying Financial Services Holdings Limited (Bloomberg ticker: HK 8030). He has been involved in securities trading in Shenzhen since 1992 and specialized in venture capital and corporate financial services. Currently, Mr. Peng and his team are managing venture capital funds worth over 10 billion RMB.
Mr. Luo Fei is the General Manager of Shenzhen Green Pine Co., Ltd. He obtained his Bachelor in Economics and Master’s Degree in International Economics from Peking University. Mr. Luo is also the Founding Partner, Chairman and General Manager of Green Pine Capital Partners. In Shenzhen alone, he currently holds several positions: Deputy to the 5th People's Congress of Shenzhen, Vice President of the Management Consulting Association, and Deputy General Secretary of Venture Capital Industry Association. Previously, Mr. Luo was the Deputy General Manager of Shenzhen AnXin Financial Consulting Company and in charge of developing the first securities database in China. He also organized the very first online IPO in China. He also served as a financial consultant for several successful companies in China including BeiDa Founder Group, Shenzhen KeXing Biology Group, Hangzhou HuaLi Group, amongst others. Mr. Luo also led many successful investment projects including youzu.com, BGI, 7Road, Farad Electric, Beike Biotechnology, Sunrise New Energy, Comix, A8 music, Catic Wellness and Temobi.
Mr. Philippe Kretz obtained a Master's degree in Finance and Management from the University of Lausanne in Switzerland. As a CFA and a CMT charterholder, Philippe presents a comprehensive career in International Finance and Private Wealth Management. His early career started at Goldman Sachs in London, and then Philippe held senior roles in Private Wealth Management with Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank and Julius Baer in Switzerland and in Singapore. In 2009, he established his own Wealth Management company in Geneva, eventually expanding his operations to Hong Kong. In 2011, together with his brother Laurent, they launched Swiss China Capital Ltd in HK which then merged into the SCCorp. in 2017 and became SCC Hong Kong limited. Philippe is the co-founder and a Board member of the SCCorp., mainly responsible for managing the offshore business as well as the investment product business.
Mr. Yang Haodong graduated with a Financial Management Major from Fudan University. He then joined the global management trainee program at Standard Chartered Bank and attended training in Singapore, Shanghai and Hong Kong. He managed the accounts for top-notch corporations and high net worth individuals. He has held senior positions as Branch Manager for wealth management in China including Hang Seng Bank and Standard Chartered Bank. He is the co-founder of the SCC Group as well as a Board Member, mainly responsible for managing the group’s onshore business.
Baldo Sansó is a specialist in multinational negotiations, with an extensive track record in business strategy, contracts and structured finance. He holds a Bachelors degree and three advanced degrees in law and public policy and has worked with some of the world’s leading international law firms and management consultancies. Baldo has studied and worked in Venezuela, the United States and Italy, and is fluent in Spanish, English and Italian.From 2000-2003, Baldo worked for Bain & Company based in Italy, working on a number of public policy projects alongside Italy’s central and local governments. In 2003, he moved to Venezuela to work as a consultant for Bain, providing consultancy services for Petróleos de Venezuela, S.A., where he supported the analysis, negotiation and execution of various international bids. He founded his own consultancy in 2009 and continued to provide tailored advisory services to a number of international clients. Currently, Baldo is director and board member of the Swiss China Corporation (SCC).
